Delivery information

We deliver across Bangladesh with cash on delivery. Here is exactly what to expect after you place an order.

Delivery timeline

Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
Outside Dhaka: 2–4 working days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Friday or a public holiday are confirmed the next working day.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges appear at checkout before you confirm, and depend on whether your address is inside or outside Dhaka. Qualifying order values get free delivery — when your order qualifies, checkout shows the delivery line as FREE.

Order confirmation call

Our team calls the mobile number you enter at checkout to confirm your address and the amount payable. Please keep that number active — orders we cannot confirm after repeated calls are cancelled.

Paying on delivery

Pay the delivery agent in cash when the parcel reaches you, and please check the parcel in front of the agent. Online payment options (bKash, Nagad, Rocket and cards) are being added.

Failed or refused deliveries

If a parcel is refused without a valid reason after dispatch, the courier's return charge may be applied to future orders from the same number.
